I retired 2 lenses today.
Geo Angel Green and Vivigo Wind Pink.

I rarely wore them and I felt like I looked freaky with them on anyway.

I wont be buying anymore lenses until part of my 'collection is down to about 2-3 lenses.
Come January-February I have to retire another pair.
I also may be retiring a pair I purchased recently due to them possibly being defective.
Not. Awesome.

-----------------------------------
On another note after my mini vacation to Florida to spend Christmas with the boyfriend and his family I should have a bit more time to finally get things done and write more blogs.

I finally swatched some of the 'pallets' I bought and took pictures too.
I'll make a blog for that possibly tomorrow. If not, next week.
I still need to take pictures of the other things I purchased as well.
Might as well make one huge post for it huh?

I hope everyone has a good Christmas/New Year. <3
I'm hoping mine will be great. (First time meeting his family. Ohjeez.)
If all goes well and he's able to be here on the 1st I'll be one happy camper!
(Our anniversary is on the 1st! ^-^)

Yup, I bought some more makeup.
I really don't need more but I want it, so I got it~
Muwhaha.

I bought 2 pallets from a brand called Amuse.
I have no clue if it's any good. It was cheap though so if it sucks at least I'm not out of a whole bunch of money. I got a few pencils too, a white and a brown.

I also got some more foundation and another eyeshadow trio that I've currently got. (I use one of the shades for eyeliner and the trio gives you barely any of the shade I use, so I bought another JUST for that 1 shade.)

I've found my camera. Woohoo!
So once the new makeup comes I'll take pictures and do swatches.
So there will be a nice big post coming up soon since I still need to swatch the other stuff I bought a few weeks ago.

PS: I GOT MY HAIR CUT.
I got a bob. I forgot to tell her I wanted it angled but oh well.
It's still cute.
=)

So I got my first paycheck a few days ago. Half of it goes to a speeding ticket but the rest.. I spent. =D

I went to ULTA for the first time and got some good stuffs. While they didn't have what I wanted, I bought some stuff anyway.
2 ULTA eyeshadows
2 ULTA pro nail polishes
1 flat iron

I needed a new flat iron so I got one! This one is red and prettttty. I love it.
The polishes are nice as well. They're a bit transparent so thick/many coats are needed which is a-okay to me.
The shadows aren't the best in the world but it was buy 1 get 1 free so I had to get 2.

I'll do a 'review' on all of it and post pictures later. Once I find my camera. ( It's MIA. =[ )

Yay another review~
This is for my EOS G-304's in Turquoise!
These lenses are 14.5mm.

Lenses in their case.
Lenses in their vials.
Lens held up and close.

Enlargement: 4/10
While the lenses are listed as 14.5mm they technically aren't. The print is no where near the edge. So it's more like a 14.2mm lens. The enlargement is verrry minimal. The only way to see any is to have one lens out and even then it's hard to see.

Colour/Design: 7/10
Quite disappointed. When I saw this I was extremely excited to get them. Turquoise? Heck yes! But no. These aren't very close to that image. The lenses are much darker then what the image shows (and my screen is dimmed!). Design wise, good I guess. I hate that it's printed no where near the edge though.

Comfort: 10/10
Extremely comfortable. EOS lives up to it's comfort standard once again. I didn't even soak these long. Like an hour I think. I had no issues with them though, and I still don't!

Overall: 7/10
While I love their comfort and even the color a bit I was way way waay disappointed in these. EOS let me down with the enlargement and color. If I could undo this purchase.. I would. I really wanted a unnatural turquoise lens and instead I got a natural dark turquoise/blue lens. I've also had a lens almost to the T like these. Different brand but they're basically the same size/color/design. Not. Awesome.

I know it's been a while since I've posted anything.
But I've got great news!

I just got a job at Michaels!
I've been searching for a job for about a month and I finally got a call for a interview.
Interview went great and the next day, yesterday, I was called and offered a job.
I'll be making 9$ an hour and I think he said I'd be getting 20+ hours a week.
But since Christmas and whatnot is coming up maybe I get even more hours.

Now I can buy lots of clothes and shoes!
=D

Expect lots of blog posts within the month.

DUN DUN DUNNN
Another review. Woot.
This is for my J-203 Adult Lenses in
Brown.
These are the -new- Adult lenses, not the old.
=)

These lenses are 14mm~

Lenses in their vials.
Lenses in their case.
Lens on my finger #1 and #2.

Enlargement: 9/10
Yes, a 9. For 14mm lenses these enlarge quite a bit for me. Which is so weird to see because my other 14mm lenses don't have a very visible enlargement like these. I even get a tiny halo with these! OMG. HALO. YES. I can't get a halo with my 14.5mm lenses but with 14mm lenses I can. WTF? Haha.

Colour/Design: 9/10
The color is very pretty. It's not too dark but not too light either. The design is quite nice too. I like the black squiggles in the center as well as the lines coming out of the limbal ring. It really does add to the sparkly effect these lenses have. They remind me of the Nudy lenses but not as soft and subtle. (Yay black limbal ring~) They blend really well too. And because they're light, they're very natural looking.

Comfort: 10/10
They're EOS lenses. What more can I say? Haha.
As always, EOS is amazing for comfort.
I sadly have a issue with one of my lenses but that might be caused by me dropping the lens on a oil bottle, that was oily. Whoopsie.

Overall: 9/10
I love these lenses so much. I'm glad I purchased them, even if I am having problems with one. I you're a light eyed person like I and wanting to try a brown lens, I say go for these. They're gorgeous and the brown isn't like WOAH IN YO FAYCE brown. It's soft, subtle, and blends so well.

I purchased these lenses from Kiwiberry1 about a month ago. I'm really glad I purchase these. I love these lenses. I also love how quickly the lenses get to me when I buy from her. I think it took about 7-8 days total. SOQUICK. Plus, the lenses aren't overpriced, everything is packaged well, and she's really nice too.

Yup. Today was my birthday.
I turned the big 2-0.
I'm glad I'm out of the 'teen' stage, even though I still feel like one.

Today was awesome.
I got my hair cut, I needed a trim, and it turned out fabulous.
I also got 2 micro dermals on the back of my neck. (It hurrt!)
Then I went to a 'high end' candy store and got delicious truffles.
After that we hit up Krispy Kreme for 12 doughnuts. (Yumyum.)

The next place we weren't to I was kinda scared to hit up.
I've been looking for a place that makes GOOD bubble tea here in Chicago.
So far I've have zero luck. However, when we got to this place I immediately got excited. They had pictures of the bubble tea on the windows and it was the real deal. (I dislike the smoothy type bubble tea drinks.) Now, I was sure it was going to taste good. They even had the right cups, cup sealer, and flavors.

We got original, banana, and coconut. DELICIOUS!
We got a card for the frequent buyers. After I buy 10, I get a free one I think!
Wellllll worth driving 45+ minutes for, and I will be making tips often now!

After I got bubble tea we, my mother and brother were with me, walked across the street and into a bakery. Smelled SO good. I love China Town. Good cheap food. We got SOO many yummy things for like 4bucks! Can't beat that.

When I got home I dropped my mom and brother off then made a quick run to the store for coffee and fruit roll ups. When I got home they had my cake out on the table and the candles all lit. =)

The Hello Kitty lights up PURPLE!

My cake is quite psychedelic hm? It was yummy.

Bubble tea is so yummy.

I got my 2nd purchase from Happy-Wholesale a few days ago.
Sadly, 2 of the items I purchased became out of stock and I wont be getting them.
Luckily, the shoes I ordered where NOT one of those items.

These are the shoes I purchased.
And this is what I got.
Now these shoes are about 1/2 a size too small for me.
Which is no problem. When I purchased them I knew they were 1/2 a size
too small for my feets. So why did I purchase shoes that were too small?
Because I didn't want my feet sliding around. Heels that are my size
tend to be just a tid bit too big and my feet slip around and come out
of the shoe easily wen my foot gets even a tiny bit sweaty. (Grossright?)

Although they are a bit snug I can wear them with zero issues.
=)

Final piece I purchased and received..

This lovely top.
And this is what I got..
Now this top IS a bit see through. I did not know it was when I purchased it.
But, I'm okay with that. I wear tanks under shirts all the time so wearing
one under this one one be any problem. I thought it would be more
pinky-red but in reality it's a dark magenta color. That's fine.
I think it adds to the rugged look it's got going on.

I'm satisfied with this purchase. A bit sad 2 of the items I wont be getting though. However, I am getting my money back and maybe they'll come back in stock and I can purchase them again.

--------------------------
I've got lots of Circle Lens reviews coming up.
Some of my older reviews I am going to be taking new pictures for since the ones I have for them are old and hard to see. So keep on the look out for lots of reviews.

I also purchased another pair of lenses. I should be getting them in about 2 weeks or so. =)
(No, I will not tell you what they are yet. It's a surprise!)
on Friday, August 27, 2010
Here's another circle lens review! This one is kinda old though. Whoops.
This one is for my ViviGo Barbie Eye Phantom/Wind/Venus in Pink.

These lenses are 14.5mm.

Lenses in their vials.
Lens on my finger.
Size comparison.
(Geo Angel on the left.)

Enlargement: 10/10
These lenses are massive on me. Even though my eyelids cover a lot of the lens there is still plenty of enlargement to be seen. For me there is a significant difference.
So if you want enlargement: I give these a thumbs up.

Colour/Design: 8/10 for color. 10/10 for design.
Why only 8? Well, the design is amazing (thus the 10). I love the design. I don't love the color. I thought the pink would be a bit more vibrant then it is. It actually looks kinda brown on blue/grey eyes. Up close you can see it well. Move a couple inches away and you can't see it -at all-. They might show up better on guys n gals with brown or black eyes. But us light eyed folk, it wont show up well. =(

Comfort: 10/10
These lenses are EXTREMELY thin. Very very flimsy and when they fold over, it's hard to unfold them. Due to them being so thin I didn't feel them at all. It felt like I had nothing on. These are by far my most comfortable lenses.

Overall: 9/10
While I love these lenses there things I dislike about them as well. The fact that the pink is hardly seen is one of the things I dislike. The other being that they're way too thing. Although this makes for a very comfortable lens it also means the lens folds over very easily. When the lens folds over it's really hard to get it unfolded. A lot of times the lens actually sticks together. I feel like I'm going to rip it when I try to unfold it. Heck, I feel like I'm going to rip it when I take them out their case! Great lenses but they do have some cons, unfortunately.

I purchased these lenses from lensidol.com. When I bought these lenses I thought I was getting a solid pink lens. Not like a cosplay lens though. It did look like there was a twirl to it just without any black/brown. When I got these lenses this is what I had and I was excited and freaked out at the same time. I KNEW these lenses didn't come in pink so I was afraid that they were fake! After being told Vivigo made replicas of these lenses and that their company was safe I was back to being excited. I WANTED Barbie Wind lenses for a long time. I just couldn't find anyone selling them for less then 35$ before shipping. Add that in with them being PINK.. Oh yeah I was excited.

Over all, my expierence with lensidol was okay. Would I purchase from them again? Yes.

I contacted lensidol about their image for these lenses being wrong as well as their packaging method. While my lenses did come in styrofoam there were bits where I could see through it. It would've collapsed easy had something heavy been on it. They've told me they now put Fragile stickers on the package and they've also changed the Wind lens pictures, all of them.

Another review!
This is for my EOS E-201 in
Grey.
These lenses are 14mm.

Lenses in their case.
(Note: Both lenses are inside out.)

Enlargement: 6-7 /10
Enlargement is very minimal. Even with one lens in and one lens out the difference is a bit hard to see. It's not a blatant in your face enlargement, just a very subtle hard to see enlargement. I wasn't looking for enlargement when I bought these though so I am a-okay with even the slight enlargement that there is.

Colour/Design: 10 /10
Fuuuuuuuuuuusdfksdfsd. Awesome. I didn't think that the star like pattern would show up on my eyes and.. IT DOES! On my eyes the design is very subtle as the grey blends very well. There are some purple lines and those are whats the most visible. The outer ring is also the purple color too so the lens is quite subtle. A bit natural even if it does have a funky design.

Comfort: 10 /10
EOS lenses are EXTREMELY comfortable. On a good low-humidity day I can wear them all day. When the humidity is high I can still wear them for a while, just not a full day. (About 6 hours instead of 8+.)

Over all: 9 /10
I absolutely love these lenses. They have the funky design that I love but they're subtle at the same time. They aren't in your face lenses at all.

I purchased these from Shara's 1st EOS pre-order a few months ago. Even with some troubles thanks to EOS, everything went great and she's an amazing seller. Friendly and she gets back to you super quick. Shipping to the US is amazingly quick as well. Which is awesome.

=)
This is for my MI E-type E229 in
Wine Red.
These lenses for 14mm!

Lenses in the vials.
Lenses in their case.

Enlargement: 7 /10
Even with a dark outer ring the enlargement on these is quite minimal. It's easily seen with one lens out and one in though. I wasn't looking for enlargement when I bought these though so I'm perfectly fine with the minimal enlargement.

Colour/Design: 8 /10
Only an 8 because I thought these would show up a bit more. They're hard to see, my parents couldn't even tell I had lenses in, and they actually look kinda purple-y. The design is good but the way they are printed makes it very hard to tell which way is inside out and which way is the right way.

Comfort: 9 /10
They are comparable to my EOS lenses. I can wear them for a pretty long time before I have to take them out. (About 6 hours.)

Overall, I like these lenses but I don't love them. I don't see myself wearing them very often. If they stood out a bit more I might but it's hard to see them most of the time.

Overall: 8 /10
These lenses could be sooo much more awesome then they are. A thing that has bugged me a lot with these lenses is that it's extremely hard to know if these are inside out or not. I know I'm not the only one with this issue, unfortunately.

I purchased these lenses from Kiwiberry1. =)
I originally purchased 3 lenses from her. (Red, green, and purple.)
And I just purchased a brown pair from her a few days ago.

FIRST UP. The makeup.
I got a 'mini haul' I suppose.
Some things from ELF and TKB.

From ELF (top right corner) I got...
  • Foundation Brush
  • Therapeutic Conditioning Lipbalm
  • Waterproof Eye Liner Pen in Ash
  • Cuticle Pushers
  • Compact and 3 colors. (Pink Ice, Ivory, and Dusk.)

  • From TKB (all the packets) I got...
    • Matte Texture Base
    • True Red Orange
    • Lemon Drop Pop!
    • Apple Green Pop!
    • Raspberry Pop!
    • Antique Silver
    And 4 unknown colors.
I ordered in a group so I wouldn't have to get 20$ worth.
TKB sent the wrong order to the girl I purchased through so they
sent 4 other colors. She divided them up and put them in some of the little
    baggies they gave her.
    =)

    Also in the picture...
    CONTACT TWEEZERS!
The girl I purchased from had a couple and I really needed/wanted a pair.
She gave me one of the ones she never used.

    UP SECOND. Nail Polish!

    YES I GOT MORE. Haha.
Just the 3 though. Since my last post I haven't bought anymore.
    =)

(Claire's Vanilla Ice Cream, Claire's Mood Daring/Innocent, Sally Hansen 20 Crushed.)

    Vanilla Ice Cream....
Okay so, I was very skeptical about this polish. Nail polish just stinks and to mask that
scent just seemed impossible to me. I bought it because I wanted ice cream fingers
and because it was on clearance for a whopping 2bucks. Course I got it.
When you open it and stiff, it stinks. Instant headache stink.
After it's on your nails and has dried it smells A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.
    Ohgod. So good.
It smells more like a vanilla frosting scent but it's still oh so good.
The scent lasts a couple hours, not too long unfortunately.
The polish also has glitter and sparkly plastic bits inside.
It's a pearl color but it's very transparent. Works best on top of colors I think.

    OVERALL:
I'm satisfied with it. Even if it does have retarded bits of glitter/plastic.

    Daring/Innocent ...
So, we already know I love the mood polishes. This one is BY FAR my favorite though!
The color change clearly noticeable which is awesomeee.
It's a bit transparent though so lots of coats is needed!

    OVERALL:
    FUGGEN LOVE IT.

    20 Crushed...
    sdkfjskjdhfsdf.
Yup. That's my comment. CAUSE IT'S FOAM AT THE MOUTH PRETTY.
It's really really shiny and vibrant. I've never had a orange polish before
and I honestly think I picked the best choice because this color
is just the bomb. Love it.
It too is transparent so lots of coats needed!

    OVERALL:
I love this color so much the only way you could get it from me is by
prying it from my cold dead fingers.

    UP THIRD. Clothesss.

Okay, let me start off saying that I ordered these clothes
from a Asian Wholesale site. Happy-Wholesale.com to be exact.
The clothes are ordered were pretty cheap. (All under 6$.)
The most expensive thing was the shipping and even then my order
came to a grand total of 26.91$ Yup. almost 27$ for 3 items.
Which honestly, isn't that bad at all!
Especially since the quality of these is just fabulous.

I bought this shirt for 4.66$
And this is what I received.

I LOVE this shirt sooo much! It is a bit big and in the picture I have the
back pinned together. I'm perfectly fine with this as I KNEW it
would be big. Plus, it will look great with a nice belt.

I bought this dress for 4.44$
And this is what I received.

    (Excuse the bra straps.)
It's really short so I can't wear it as a dress, which is fine. It makes
a really lovely top. The fabric is really soft and flowy.
    I bit see through though.

I bought this shawl for 1.99$
And this is what I received.

I did purchase the white one and it did come with a flower.
However, the flower is just a ball of fabric really and even with
styling it would just sit on the shawl weird. So I threw it away!

    OVERALL:
It was a great buy and worth waiting for everything to come.
All of the fabric is soft and comfortable. All seams are intact and nothing is fraying.

I JUST purchased even more from happy-wholesale. My items should
be here in a week or two.
This order has a pair of shoes and a few shirts. =)

    FINAL WORDS..

    My kitten is adorable~
    on Sunday, August 1, 2010
So, like I've said before I've got a serious problem when it comes to
nail polish. Hey, at least I admit it right? Lol.

So, in the past week I've bought 3 more polishes.
Another mood polish, a polish that smells like vanilla frosting when dry, and a
    really pretty shimmery orange!

I'll take pictures and show them off later as well as do a review for the
vanilla frosting one. It makes me want to eat my fingers. Yum.

I made a purchase from happy-wholesale.net. My first time ordering there
and I got my items the other day! I absolutely love them. I'll show
those off as well later. I'll be making another purchase possibly this week
    or next. :D

OH. I also got some more makeup! I bought some more stuff from ELF and I
also got some stuff from TKB.

So, my next post is going to be HUGEE.
I'll give ya'll some time to prepare for the massive post of awesome.

    Review time~
This one is foor my MI Dizon Eye/Cosmo/Eclipse Circle Lenses.
    These lenses are
    Violet.

    Lenses in their vials
    annd
    Lenses in the case
(Note: The left lens is INSIDE OUT.)

    Enlargement:
    10 /10
Haa. Kay so these are only 14mm but holy jesus. The black ring on these are pretty thick so there is quite a bit of enlargement, for me at least. I wasn't expecting them to enlarge much but I got it.

    Colour/Design:
    10/10
The color on these are PERFECT. It's vibrant, it pops, and it blends fabulously. There's not much going on design wise but they're still great. I was scared that the purple would become dull and not stand out since I've got grey eyes but I was wroooong. They show up oh so well.

    Comfort:
    9/10
The comfort with these is pretty darn good. Comparable to my EOS lenses. I can wear these a pretty long time with no discomfort but I can't wear them as long as my EOS. Close though. Come the 6-7 hour mark I have to pull them out.

    Overall:
    10/10
These lenses are just.. amazing. They show up well, they give some enlargement, and they're not too creepy looking.

I purchased these lenses from kiwiberry1
and I'm glad I did. My lenses got to me within 4-5 days. She's super friendly and everything just went great. =)

Here are some picture of me wearing the lenses~
