I swear I'm not dead! I've just been super busy with work and my boyfriend.
(He's been visiting a lot.)

To makeup for my absence.. finally here are the Amuse Reviews I have been
meaning to post for a while. Yaaay!

Amuse Eye and Cheek Compact ECC-02
Can be found here~

Paid?
$2.49
Rating?
☆☆ (3/5)
Product Info? 6 eyeshadow colors and 1 blusher.
Applicator and mirror included.

A rectangle compact with a clear top.
The top of the compact says Amuse Eyeshadow & Blush.

Pros:
  • The shadows are a little large. A little bigger then my thumb.
  • The shadows are very bright and have fairly good pigmentation.
  • The blush is a nice size. Not too small but not too large either.
  • The compact itself is not that large. Could go in a purse and not take up lots of room.
Cons:
  • The blush is so close to the shadows that you sometimes get the shadow on the brush as well as the blush.
  • Fallout. The shadows have some fallout and since they're a bit shimmery you end up with slightly shimmery cheeks.

Overall:

It's pretty good for the price. (2.49!) The shadows have good pigmentation and show up very well, especially on white.

Repurchase:
It's possible. I don't use many of the shades often so if I ran out it would be one of those 'ehhh we'll see' type of purchases. Impulse buy maybe.
Would I recommend this to anyone? Sure if you want shimmery stuff for pretty darn cheap.

Amuse 12 Color Pearl Eyeshadow Compact Set 6
Can be found here~

Paid? $2.00
Rating?
☆☆ (3/5)
Product Info? 12 color eyeshadow in one compact.

Fairly plain. It's just a black rectangular compact with a mirror inside. The outside top says Amuse Eyeshadow.

Pros:
  • It's not too large. So you can put it in a purse with no problems and it wouldn't take up too much room either.
  • It's got a mirror inside it.
  • Not expensive.
  • The shadows are pretty decent sized for the price I paid. They're about the size of my thumb.
Cons:
  • Some of the shadows aren't that pigmented.
  • Fall out. Put it on a brush/sponge/fingers and no matter what your going to have shimmery shadow on your cheeks from it. Some shades are worse then others.
Overall:
It's not a bad purchase. While you do get some fall out, I personally have no issues with it. It comes off easily and leaves next to no trace that it was even there. (Some of the more shimmery colors will leave a hint of shimmer.)
I actually love a few of the shades in this so I'm glad I got it. It cost me less then 3$ and it's really not that bad for the price.

Repurchase:
Sure. I use it quite a bit so if I ran out and I couldn't find the shades else where for that cheap, I would by again.
I would recommend this to someone starting out maybe or if you just need shadows to experiment with or for costumes.
